Major product release Xelera SILVA
In 2024, Xelera Technologies reached a major milestone by unveiling the New / enhanced version of Xelera Silva Utra Low- Latency.
Xelera Silva delivers unprecedented ML inference speeds for XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost models, achieving ultra-low latency between 1.36 and 1.66 microseconds with its advanced capabilities of concurrent model execution and dual accelerator modes, it seamlessly integrates into existing systems, setting a new benchmark in performance and efficiency for industries worldwide.
Xelera Silva offers two modes to enhance high frequency trading systems, making integration simple and efficient.
1. The first mode, Software API Integration, provides ultra-low latency with typical ML inference times of just 1.55 microseconds. This mode easily connects with software-based trading systems, offloading intensive inference tasks to ensure smoother operations and maintain a competitive edge in technology.
2. The second mode, IP Core, is designed to integrate directly into FPGA designs, offering lightning-fast ML inference with latency as low as 440 nanoseconds. Enhancing Internet Security with IPsec
In our IPsec Series on LinkedIn, Stefan Seitz, Head of R&D at Xelera Technologies, breaks down how IPsec enhances internet security by focusing on the key exchange process.
First, key generation is usually done using Diffie-Hellman (DH) or Elliptic-Curve-Diffie-Hellman (ECDH). This generates a shared secret that can be used by both communicating parties for encrypting and decrypting messages
Then, the authentication process allows peers to mutually prove their identity. Finally Other functions of IKEv2, which not only provide the cryptographic foundation for all subsequent IPSec-related operations but also it facilitates the exchange and negotiation of parameters that affect the subsequent IPSec based communication. For example, during the setup of an IPSec session IKEv2 exchanges policies that determine which traffic will be sent over an IPSec tunnel and which doesn't.

Xelera Technologies and Blackcore Technologies announced a strategic partnership to revolutionize the high-frequency trading (HFT) landscape. This collaboration combines Xelera’s Silva AI acceleration technology with Blackcore’s ultra-optimized HFT servers, delivering unmatched performance and reliability to traders.
This partnership represents a pivotal step in transforming high-frequency trading because the combined solution enables the effective utilization of AI, while maintaining the ultra-low latency advantages inherent to HFT systems.
